Construction at the site the week has started with workers continuing to install the wall of windows on the southeast side's top floor.
Windows on the lower levels have been installed. Duct work now stretches out like tree branches to each corner of the building.
Workers in the photo below colaborate as one operates a cherry-picker.

We Have Windows

This week, workers started installing the tall windows that will all over the new building.


The soon-to-be beautiful views will allow for much natural light to pour in.

Workers at the site have began installing the skin of the building this week (the drywall).




The drywall, shown in the pictures above and below, is made of gypsum plaster pressed between 2 fiberglass sheets.

The Big Freeze, 2011

Work at the building site was not completely stopped, only slowed by the freeze across Houston last week.



There was no snow as originally forecast, but everything coated in the rain froze over and made for working conditions as unsafe as the driving conditions.





Workers have installed the system of air ducts inside of the building:



On the outside of the building, workers continued to brave the heights and prepare to install the outer walls of the building.
